Will It Fly collects nothing.

What stays on your device

Your chair's measurements, your trips and legs, your handling card, anything you record from a phone call, and any figure you read off an airline's page yourself. All of it is stored on the device, by the app, and nowhere else.

What is not collected

• No account. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.
• No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no tracking of any kind — including across other companies' apps and websites.
• No contacts, photos, location, health data or calendar access. The app never asks, because it never needs them.

Why the app works with no signal

Every airline figure, chair specification and regulation the app uses ships inside the app itself. Producing a verdict makes no network request, which is the point: it has to work at a gate.

When the app does reach the internet

Only when you tap something that says it will. Opening an airline's published page, or this site, hands the link to your browser — after which that website's own privacy policy applies, not this one. Sharing a trip pack, a handling card or a complaint letter uses the standard iOS share sheet, and what happens next is decided by the app you share into.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this ever stops being true, this page changes before the app does.
